The operating system for the textile supply chain.
A single record that unifies all supply chain data under the brand's own governance.
Data fragmentation worsens as the brand grows, and ahead of the ESPR textile delegated act setting the obligation (expected around 2027, not yet adopted). Early access of limited capacity, reserved for the first brands.
Supply chain data scatters as the brand grows. Governing it delivers operational control from day one and prepares for what is coming.
How we work
- 01
Case assessment
The catalogue, the suppliers and where the data gets stuck are reviewed. No commitment.
- 02
Ordering over the existing stack
It starts from the tools already in use, without replacing operations.
- 03
A record ready for what is coming
Support through to the first Digital Product Passport.
The whole chain on a single record
Products, chain, impact and alerts live in one record, without being scattered across tools that do not talk to each other.
Frequently asked questions
The essentials before requesting access.
- What does the 2026 Pilot Programme include?
- The full platform, with catalogue and chain onboarding accompanied by the founding team through to the first Digital Product Passport.
- Who can access it?
- European textile brands subject to ESPR and CSRD with outsourced supply chains. Operational fit is assessed in an initial evaluation, with no commitment.
- Where does it start?
- With one line of the catalogue, not everything at once. The scope is set in the initial assessment and progresses step by step.
- Is a change of tools required?
- No. It starts from what is already in use (catalogue, suppliers, certificates), without replacing existing operations.
- What is needed from the internal team?
- One person to lead it internally; the rest is worked on jointly during the rollout.
- What is the gain before the law requires it?
- Reconstructing the data of a multi-tier chain takes months, and that is the real bottleneck of the digital passport. With the record already live, the textile delegated act (expected around 2027, not yet adopted) becomes an export step, and transparency is available as a commercial argument well before then.
- Is the data mine?
- The data belongs to the brand, at all times. It works with no lock-in.
Access to the 2026 Pilot Programme
A few details about the brand are enough to assess fit and arrange a first conversation.
Early access, open.
An initial conversation, with no commitment, to see whether the pilot fits the brand's case.
The 2026 Pilot Programme is the early-access vehicle for TraceWeave: a small group of European textile brands, selected by fit, puts its canonical record, its DPP and its CSRD baseline to work with the founding team before the textile delegated act sets the obligation.
