Why TraceWeave
From Excel to supply chain intelligence
The ESPR-native, CSRD-ready platform that unifies product, supply chain and impact. Without duplicating work.
The context
Three forces are converging on your brand
Regulation, operational friction and reputational risk are pressing on European textiles all at once.
The difference
TraceWeave versus the status quo
What changes when you move from spreadsheets and disconnected tools to a single platform.
Status quo
Loose sheets and silos- Data scattered across Excel and disconnected systems
- ESPR in one tool, CSRD in another
- Certification expiries that slip through
- Manual reconciliation between systems
- Consultancies with static deliverables
- Rollout as a heavy IT project
Compliance managed in silos: each framework, a different tool.
With TraceWeave
A single platform- Centralised hub with a canonical model
- One data point feeds DPP, CSRD and risk at once
- Alerts 90 / 30 / 7 days in advance
- A single source, no duplicated work
- A living platform that evolves with the regulation
- Guided, step-by-step onboarding
One data point feeds DPP, CSRD and risk. A single source, no duplication.
Frequently asked questions
- How is TraceWeave different from other traceability platforms?
- TraceWeave is ESPR-native: our architecture is built on Regulation 2024/1781 and its delegated acts. You don't need to map between a proprietary model and ESPR. Most platforms have generic, multi-sector schemas. You adapt your data to their model; we adapt our model to the European regulatory framework. Less friction, compliance built in from day one.
- What does it mean that TraceWeave is "ESPR-native"?
- It means our architecture is built directly on the ESPR Regulation (2024/1781) and its delegated acts. It isn't a layer added afterwards; it's the foundation of the system. When regulatory updates are published, the model evolves without migrations. Your existing data stays valid.
- What is getting started with TraceWeave like?
- The approach is progressive, with no leaps into the void. You import data from CSV or your ERP exports, we configure the DPP template to your needs and we work with examples from your own catalogue. You start with an initial selection of products and scale the rest of the catalogue when you're ready.
- Can I start with a small pilot before scaling?
- Yes. TraceWeave is designed to start with a reduced scope and grow from there. You can begin with a pilot collection, map its supply chain, generate DPPs and visualise impact. Once validated, you scale to the rest of the catalogue. The modular architecture lets you activate the engines (Risk Scanner, Impact Engine, CSRD) as you need them.
The next step
