Visible chain. Quantified risk.
A mapping engine that geolocates facilities, calculates distances between stages and measures risk across 3 independent domains. Your suppliers, structured.
Without multi-tier visibility, risk stays hidden
Most textile brands know their direct suppliers. Beyond tier-1, the data tends to be incomplete, scattered or non-existent. Without structure, there's no visibility.
Suppliers in spreadsheets
No structure to visualise tier-2 and tier-3 relationships.
Visibility limited to tier-1
The risk of the extended chain isn't mapped.
Facilities without geolocation
Without coordinates, there's no distance calculation or visual map.
Distances not calculated
Impact Engine needs real KM between stages for transport CO₂.
Your supplier data, structured automatically
TraceWeave processes your supplier and facility data, geolocates each plant, calculates distances between stages and generates the visual map of your full chain.
Suppliers and facilities
Tier 1-N, certifications and locations: the data you already have, structured.
Multi-tier mapping
Geolocation of each plant and calculation of kilometres between stages.
Visual Journey Map
The full chain visible, with accumulated distances per product.
What changes with real visibility
Geolocated suppliers, calculated distances, quantified risk. Structured visibility for informed decisions.
Risk measured, not estimated
Once you see your chain, you can measure real risk. A global score hides where the problems are. TraceWeave separates 3 independent domains.

Frequently asked questions
- How do I capture tier-2 and tier-3 data?
- TraceWeave includes a Supplier Portal where your tier-1 suppliers can invite their own suppliers. You can also import data via CSV or API if you already have partial information.
- What if I don't have all the data?
- TraceWeave works with progressive visibility. Start with what you have (tier-1); the system helps you identify gaps and prioritise which suppliers to map first based on potential risk.
- How is risk calculated per supplier?
- The Risk Scanner evaluates 3 independent domains: DPP/ESPR (mandatory fields), data/traceability (information quality), ESG/impact (certifications and metrics). Each supplier gets a score per domain.
- Does it integrate with my ERP?
- Yes. TraceWeave offers CSV import for a quick start and a REST/GraphQL API for automatic integrations. Native connectors for ERPs are on the roadmap.
- How do I verify that my suppliers' data is correct?
- Every data point has full traceability: who entered it, when, from which source. You can request supporting documentation (invoices, certificates) directly from the Supplier Portal. The system flags inconsistencies between what's declared and what's documented.
